First meeting - habit engineering


Why is this the only way to control our results in every area of ​​life? What is a habit? Why and how did the habit form? What is its structure, and why is it difficult for us to change it?

All the ways to recruit good habits - find time, overcome lack of motivation, willpower and integrate them into the routine.

All the ways to break a bad habit easily without suffering, feeling poor or a martyr.



 Second meeting - Sleeping habits


Good sleep is not a recommendation, good sleep is an important physiological need, a basic condition for health. All the chemical processes in the body amount to about 37 billion billion (3.7X1027, every second). They are essential for life - digestion, immunity, detoxification, renewal and construction – and they occur when we are asleep.

What are the habits, and how can we adopt good sleeping habits?

 


Third meeting - Nutrition habits


The most important nutritional habits are in the way of nutrition (how to eat and not what), simple and easy habits that within a week will significantly improve digestion, absorption and consequently the weight, sugar level, LD, cholesterol, the appearance of the skin, energy, vitality and mood

 


Fourth meeting - Movement habits


Physical activity is not just essential for health, it is critical for health. It is the first line of defense for eradicating most diseases, and the most important habit for inhibition of the aging processes, provided that we practice it every day. What are the habits, and how can we easily incorporate them into our daily routine?

 





 Fifth meeting - Nervous system balancing habits


The most powerful tool for healing and preventing any disease is balancing the nervous system (reducing stress). Why is that? And what are all the daily habits required in order to arrive at the destination?

 


Sixth session - Detoxification habits


The main difference between healthy and sick is the amount of toxins we are exposed to. Modern lifestyle exposes us to 84,000 environmental chemicals (of which less than 1% have passed safety tests).

 What are the toxins, where do they come to us and what are all the daily habits we can employ in order to minimize exposure to them?

 

Each participant receives a printed course booklet and the right to join a silent WhatsApp group of all workshop participants, from all workshop generations, for consultations and tips in natural medicine and managing habits for life.
